Guest Services Supervisor

Assist the Manager in day-to-day duties, receive and process incoming customer reservations, and greet guests to determine their dates, times, and room types. Attend to all guest needs and requests while providing direction in a comfortable and respectful manner. In the absence of the Manager, take on full leadership of the department to ensure continuity and high standards of service. Work a variety of shifts with 2 years of similar environment experience required.
