Guest Services Supervisor - AM/PM Flex

Guest Services Supervisor at Hyatt Place Ocean City (Ocean City, MD) responsible for ensuring exceptional hotel guest service at the front desk and in the lounge, assisting with check-in/check-out, handling reservations and inquiries, processing payments, and supporting the Front Office Manager in daily duties. Duties include greeting and registering guests, verifying payment methods, balancing accounts, handling phone inquiries, transmitting messages, coordinating dining and transportation reservations, managing safes/deposits, and contributing to guest satisfaction scores. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent (preferred) and prior customer service experience or equivalent training. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks (pushing, lifting up to 25 lbs); work schedule varies and may include holidays and weekends.
