Job Summary
Greet, register, and assign rooms to hotel guests; verify guest credit and payment method; manage external reservations for dinner, entertainment, and transportation; balance accounts; answer phones and handle guest inquiries; operate PMS and transmit/receive messages; secure valuables; perform bookkeeping; serve food and beverages; act as a private lounge host; uphold safety and strive to improve guest satisfaction; duties may change based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience required or equivalent training
- Dynamic, engaging and passionate personality with the ability to multi-task
- Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays, and weekends
- Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25, bending and reaching
