Job Summary
Greet arriving and departing guests while answering questions about the golf course and amenities. Unload and load golf bags from vehicles, install tags, and inspect cars for damage before parking them and returning keys. Direct guests to the Golf Shop, Clubhouse, or practice facility, and intercept walkers to carry bags to the staging area. Assist the shuttle driver with bag loading and unloading, and maintain cleanliness in the valet area and parking lots. Requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally. Work extended hours during the golf and holiday seasons, including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one-year supervisory experience in high profile, customer service environment
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely
- Knowledge of and ability to safely operate a motorized cart using proper golf etiquette
- Must have friendly personality and enjoy working with the public
- Must have strong skills in Customer Service
- Must be dependable
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 30lbs occasionally
- Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, and depth perception
- Moderate exposure to extreme cold, heat, working outdoors, mechanical hazards and electrical hazards
- Work extended hours during golf and holiday season
- Work weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
