Job Summary
Guest Services Staff at Beacon Hill Golf Club responsible for greeting guests, handling bags and parking, and assisting with related duties (Valet, Shuttle Driver, Bag and Cart Attendant, Greeter, and 1st Tee Host). Duties include greeting guests, unloading/loading golf bags, tagging bags, issuing valet tickets, inspecting vehicles, directing guests to golf facilities, assisting shuttle drivers, maintaining clean valet areas, and performing additional duties as assigned by supervision. Requires customer-service excellence, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma (some college preferred). Must be able to operate a motorized cart safely, work outdoors, and collaborate with team while working weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one-year supervisory experience in high profile, customer service environment
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- High school graduate or equivalent. Some college preferred.
- Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely
- Knowledge of and ability to safely operate a motorized cart using proper golf etiquette
- Must have friendly personality and enjoy working with the public
- Must have strong skills in Customer Service
- Must be dependable
