Job Summary
Conduct screening, intake, orientation, referral, counseling, crisis response, patient education, case management, reporting, and record keeping for residents with mental health and chemical addiction issues. Participate in program administrative and clinical committees as assigned and represent the agency to the community. Perform quality assurance activities and consult with other professionals while displaying knowledge of addiction recovery and behavioral health self-help processes. Work full-time Tuesdays through Saturdays from 8am to 4:30pm at the Syracuse Inpatient facility.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid NYS Driver's License
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service and/or human services experience
