Job Summary
The Guest Services Specialist is responsible for providing high-level customer service to residents, ensuring their needs are met under the guidance of the Supervisor. Key responsibilities include facilitating activities, assisting residents with tasks, maintaining a tidy environment, managing meal preparations, and effectively communicating any facility needs. Essential skills include strong verbal and written communication, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to lift light objects. Candidates must possess a High School diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year experience in the customer service field
- Genuine desire to work with the population served
Desired Qualifications
- First aid and CPR certification
- Current CDL and current car insurance
- Good verbal and written communication skills
