Job Summary
Greet customers and assist with merchandise in a retail garden & home store; build relationships, educate customers to choose the right selections, assist management with merchandising and store procedures, stock and rotate products, maintain signage, operate the POS accurately, contribute to floral decorations and home décor displays, and participate in learning and development activities; requires enthusiasm for horticulture/home décor, strong communication, and the ability to work in varying conditions (indoors/outdoors).
