Job Summary
Guest Services - Service Desk role in a retail garden/home décor environment. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assessing needs, educating on horticulture and seasonal merchandise, assisting management with merchandising and operational procedures, stocking and rotating products, ensuring signage and displays are current, operating the POS system to process payments, and collaborating with team members to deliver excellent customer experiences. The position involves cross-training across departments, supporting store leadership, and performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds and working in various indoor/outdoor conditions.
