Job Summary
Greet customers promptly and provide helpful, courteous service in a Kenosha, WI retail setting. Assist customers in selecting products, educate on options, and support merchandising and operational procedures. Responsibilities include stocking and rotating merchandise, maintaining signage and displays, maintaining clean fixtures and back areas, operating the POS accurately, processing payments, and providing bagging and receipts. Cross-training across multiple departments and participation in learning and development activities are encouraged. The role requires enthusiasm for horticulture and seasonal merchandise, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work in both indoor and outdoor conditions (rain or shine).
