Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer experience in a retail environment as a Guest Services Associate- Service Desk. Greet customers promptly, determine needs, educate customers on selections, assist management with merchandising and operational procedures, ensure stock levels and presentation, operate POS accurately, stock/rotate products, contribute to floral/home décor displays, cross-train across departments, maintain cleanliness, and participate in product knowledge sessions and 1-on-1 development activities. Must have strong communication skills, be a team player, and demonstrate enthusiasm and integrity. Role requires ability to work indoors/outdoors in various conditions and to multitask effectively.
