Guest Services - Service Desk

Retail Guest Services Associate responsible for greeting customers, building relationships, assisting in selecting products, operating the POS, stocking and rotating merchandise, merchandising and display upkeep, and maintaining store presentation. Collaborates with management to implement merchandising and operational procedures, participate in learning activities, and provide excellent customer service in all interactions. Must have strong communication skills, be a team player, and be capable of working in varying indoor/outdoor conditions; enthusiasm for horticulture and home décor is preferred.
