Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer experience in a retail garden/home décor environment by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, educating on options, operating the POS, stocking and rotating merchandise, maintaining displays and signage, and collaborating with management on merchandising and store procedures. Cross-train across multiple departments; participate in training and development activities to support the store's merchandising, operational efficiency, and customer service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for horticulture, yard/home décor, and seasonal merchandise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in both inside and outside environmental conditions
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or within a team environment
- Great organizational and problem-solving skills
