Guest Services - Service Desk

Assist customers in a retail environment by greeting and building relationships, helping them determine needs, and educating them to choose the right items. Support merchandising and operational procedures, maintain stock levels and merchandise presentation, ensure signage is current, and participate in floral decorations and home décor displays. Operate the POS with accuracy, handle transactions, and contribute to a positive customer experience. Cross-train across multiple departments, collaborate with management, and engage in learning and development activities. Requires strong communication and customer service skills, the ability to work indoors and outdoors in various conditions, multitasking, and the capability to lift and move items as needed (up to 25 pounds). Passion for horticulture, yard/home décor, and seasonal merchandise is preferred.
