Job Summary
Provide outstanding customer experience in a retail environment by greeting customers, identifying their needs, and assisting with merchandise selection. Assist management with merchandising and operational procedures, maintain stock levels and attractive displays (including floral decorations and home décor), operate the POS accurately, and participate in learning and development activities. Must be able to work in both inside and outside conditions and be a team player with strong communication and customer service skills; cross-trained across multiple departments and capable of contributing to store operations and product knowledge efforts.
