Job Summary
Guest Services Associate- Service Desk in Racine, WI. Responsibilities include greeting customers, determining customer needs, educating customers to help them choose products, assisting management with merchandising and operational procedures, maintaining stock quality and presentation, ensuring signage is current, rotating merchandise, cross-training across multiple departments, operating POS accurately, and contributing to floral décor displays. Requires enthusiasm for customer service, horticulture/yard décor knowledge, teamwork, strong communication, ability to work indoors/outdoors in various conditions, multitasking, and problem-solving within a retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a retail environment

- Ability to operate POS and handle transactions
- Willingness to learn and assist across departments
