Job Summary
Collaborate with the Operations Manager to schedule Guest Services Associates, delegate tasks, and conduct shift meetings to communicate daily objectives. Foster a culture of hospitality by leading guest activities, providing coaching to the team, and ensuring accurate completion of daily logs and incident reports. Serve as the first point of response to safety incidents, perform routine facility patrols, and take lead during emergency evacuations and drills. Monitor restricted area access, enforce visitor protocols, and document all safety-related incidents for review. Maintain working knowledge of Emergency Action Plans and contribute to training and compliance efforts. This role acts as a front-line leader supporting smooth daily operations across departments.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in guest services, security, or a related field
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage emergency situations effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with electronic documentation systems
- Must pass a background check and any required safety/security training
- Must utilize conversational speech for effective verbal communication
- Must be able to frequently stand and walk
- Must be able to frequently bend/stop, squat, reach above the shoulders, twist, and turn, kneel, and push/pull
- Must be able to lift/pull/push/move up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Some college or vocational training in hospitality, social services, or public safety
- Experience with conflict resolution and trauma-informed care
