Guest Services Representative

Guest Services Representative responsible for greeting guests, facilitating efficient check-in and check-out, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving questions or issues to ensure guest satisfaction. Role includes handling phone calls, voicemails, and emails; completing shift checklists; coordinating with housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance; assisting with concierge duties and bellman tasks as needed; and maintaining a welcoming, organized front-office environment. Bilingual/Spanish speaking preferred.
