Job Summary
Guest Services Representative at Traditions Hospitality Group handling check-in/check-out, providing information on hotel amenities and local attractions, handling guest inquiries and requests, processing reservations and modifications, assisting with luggage and transportation, ensuring lobby and guest areas are clean, collaborating with hotel departments to fulfill guest requests, and adhering to security/emergency procedures while delivering welcoming, professional guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to obtain a gaming license (if applicable)
- Presentation and uniform must adhere to established standards at all times, maintaining a polished and professional appearance
- Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively, prioritizing tasks based on guest needs and operational requirements
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
