Job Summary
Guest Services Representative will welcome guests and provide customer service, meet and greet guests, give information, assist in setup/breakdown of dining spaces, stock supplies and utensils, provide basic hot and cold food and beverage service, assemble and package products, interpret Banquet Event Orders, provide basic audio-visual support, open/close facilities, assist in kitchen sanitation, and comply with health, safety and university rules. The role requires effective English communication, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and alignment with USC’s Unifying Values in a fast-paced campus dining environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School degree not required
- Minimum Experience: 0 – 6 months
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
