Job Summary
Guest Services Representative to welcome guests, provide information, maintain facilities, assist in setup/breakdown of dining areas, stock supplies, provide basic hot/cold food and beverage service, assemble and package products, interpret directions on Banquet Event Order forms, provide basic audio-visual support, open/close facilities, assist in kitchen sanitation, and uphold health, safety, and university rules. Requires customer service experience, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, English communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; alignment with USC Unifying Values.
