Guest Services Representative

Guest Services Representative serving as the first point of contact for colleagues, patients, families, and visitors in a hospital setting. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors, providing wayfinding services, credentialing vendors/contractors, escorting patients, assessing needs for safety and experience, following HIPAA guidelines, and supporting basic patient care tasks. Requires professionalism, strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing. Preferred qualifications include an associate degree in healthcare or related field and guest services experience. All duties are performed to ensure an exceptional, patient-centered experience while maintaining compliance and safety.
