Job Summary
Welcome and greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and process reservations, charges, and taxes. Serve as the primary resource for local information, resolve guest concerns, and handle telephone inquiries, messages, and wake-up calls. Complete financial transactions including credit card authorizations and cash handling. Maintain daily records, prepare the Night Audit Checklist, and report front desk issues. Inspect property security, walk floors, check doors and lighting, and assist with cleaning tasks such as laundry, common area sanitation, and room support. Promote the Wyndham Rewards Loyalty Program and deliver guest supplies as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues
- Organizational & Multi-Tasking Abilities: Ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of accuracy and organization
- Dependability & Professionalism: Reliability, professionalism, and consistency in your work are essential
