Job Summary
Greet, direct, and assist patients, visitors, and guests to ensure seamless facility operations and a safe environment. Manage patient registration, vendor check-ins, and facility tours while performing Notary acts and handling lost-and-found items. De-escalate conflicts with displeased guests and serve as a liaison between families and staff. Verify patient identifiers to route individuals, coordinate shuttle transportation, and report maintenance or security issues. Assist Materials Management with vendor access and Eligibility Assistance with financial aid forms using Epic, Spark, and other systems. Work under general supervision with moderate error detection probability, occasionally available for on-call duties.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years related experience in customer service
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Must have hospitable personality

- Must have diplomacy
- Must have professionalism in handling all situations
- Must be neat in appearance
- Hospital experience recommended
- Basic typing skills
- Ability to use computer terminal to access information
- Proficient in office equipment
