Guest Services Representative - PT

Guest Services Representative for Part-Time at Gwinnett Place Honda in Duluth, GA. Provides friendly, receptive environment for guests and performs essential administrative duties for the sales department, including accurate recording of customer traffic and production of reports with core sales process metrics. Performs opening/closing Guest Services procedures, answers phone calls, directs calls/visitors, maintains multiple logs (desk, phone up, loaner, dealer plate, gas card), and produces Daily Reports and performance metrics. Maintains CSI at or above company standards, upholds company core values, ensures a clean and safe work area, and participates in required training. Demonstrates effective communication with Guest Services Manager and teammates, and supports training of new customer management practices as requested. Willingness to work regular and predictable hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a showroom or outdoor sales lot environment.
