Operate multi-position consoles to process incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring accurate hospital communications are facilitated within two rings. Greet all guests entering the lobby with a sincere, approachable image while directing visitors and calls to the correct departments or patient rooms using the web-based system. Maintain the privacy of patients and guests, keep department logs current, and remain compliant with all policies and procedures. Prioritize tasks in an environment with frequent interruptions while demonstrating reliable attendance.
