Job Summary
Sell and process tickets, memberships, and payments while issuing receipts. Greet visitors warmly, address their questions and concerns, and resolve ticket or membership issues promptly. Provide information on ticket options, membership benefits, and promotions to enhance the guest experience. Stay updated on park history, daily schedules, and special events to accurately promote upgrades and additional services. Handle cash and charge transactions with precision. Work weekends, weekdays, holidays, and evenings as required. Stand for long periods, manage large crowds, and communicate clearly with guests and staff.
Required Qualifications

- Weekends are required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Minimum 18 years old
- able to work as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong cash-handling skills
- able to respond to common inquiries, requests or complaints from guests and/or staff in a kind and courteous manner
- able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- able to think logically and solve problems with little or no guidance
- able to communicate with guests and staff clearly and effectively
- able to work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, holidays and evenings
- able to stand for long periods of time
- comfortable around large crowds
- Ability to work outside in weather conditions typical of South Florida
