Job Summary
Greet, direct, and assist patients and guests while ensuring seamless facility operations. Manage patient flow from entry to service areas, conduct facility tours, and perform notary acts. Assist with patient registration, vendor check-ins, and business services like lost-and-found management and mail routing. De-escalate situations with displeased individuals and serve as a liaison between families and staff. Coordinate shuttle transportation and verify patient identifiers using Epic and other systems. Work part-time, 30 hours weekly with a rotating schedule including one weekend every six weeks. Requires high school diploma, two years customer service experience, and proficiency in office equipment.
