Job Summary
Take guest and owner reservations, ensuring accurate entry of information into the system and responding to inquiries via email or phone. Check arrival packets timely, preview homes and villas for guest assistance, participate in a Saturday/Sunday rotation, and collect payments for rentals. Must comply with federal laws related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and perform additional duties as assigned. Requires strong organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills, along with a minimum of 1-year customer service experience.
