Guest Services Representative / Night Auditor

Guest Services Representative / Night Auditor role combines front desk guest services with night-audit responsibilities. You will greet guests, check them in/out, answer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a welcoming experience from arrival through departure. The GSR handles guest communications (phone, email, voicemail), assists with concierge and bellman duties as needed, and coordinates with housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance to ensure seamless service. The Night Auditor element includes reconciling daily transactions and preparing nightly financial reports.
