Job Summary
Guest Services Representative and Night Audit at My Place Hotel, Beaver Valley location, responsible for greeting guests, handling check-ins/check-outs, managing reservations, recording charges for rooms, taxes, My Store purchases, and pet fees; providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions; addressing guest concerns; managing the front desk via telephone, recording messages, and coordinating wake-up calls; performing financial transactions including credit card authorizations and cash handling; maintaining organized records, front desk logs, and nightly checklists; ensuring safety and security through property inspections; promoting the Stay Rewarded Loyalty Program; assisting with housekeeping tasks when needed; and demonstrating strong organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills. Weekend hours and a part-time schedule are noted in the posting.
Required Qualifications
