Job Summary
Guest Service Representative and Night Audit on 3rd shift responsible for front desk operations, including check-in/check-out, guest inquiries, and AppFolio coordination for LIVE units. Provides warm, proactive service, adheres to Wyndham Rewards enrollment goals, handles payments and registration accuracy, updates PMS records, supports STAY/LIVE guests, coordinates with on-site teams, resolves guest issues, performs light laundry, maintains cleanliness, and upsells to drive revenue. Requires strong customer service, communication, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Schedule is overnight with Huntsville, AL location.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of front desk, property management, or customer service experience required; hospitality experience preferred
