Job Summary
Guest Services Representative at My Place Hotel (Loveland, CO) responsible for front desk operations and daily hotel functions on part-time shifts (3:00 PM–11:00 PM and 11:00 PM–7:00 AM). Duties include check-ins/check-outs, reservations, posting charges (room rates, taxes, store purchases, pet fees), communicating hotel amenities and local attractions, addressing guest concerns, assisting with laundry and lobby/coffee bar duties, snow/ice removal, delivering items to guests, issuing keys, supporting housekeeping during high occupancy, handling calls and wake-up requests, processing credit card authorizations and cash, and maintaining shift records and safety procedures. Requires basic computer proficiency, strong customer service and multitasking abilities, reliable attendance, and professional conduct. Compensation: $16–$17/hour with bi-weekly direct deposit, monthly bonuses, and cross-training opportunities.
