Job Summary
Greet patrons, scan tickets, and direct guests to their seats while verifying seating sections and denying unauthorized entry. Maintain clean walkways and aisles, monitor for safety issues, and report incidents to supervisors. Listen to guest concerns and requests for assistance, providing professional service in a fast-paced, event-based environment. Work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with limited supervision.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- Dependably work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- Prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Maintain an effective working relationship with clients, employees, exhibitors, patrons and others encountered in the course of employment
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Professional presentation, appearance and work ethic
- Work with limited supervision and as a team member in a fast-paced environment
- Stand for extended periods and navigate arena as needed to assist guests and colleagues
Desired Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience
- Prior experience in a stadium or arena in a guest service or security role
