Job Summary
Greets guests warmly and facilitates check-in and check-out processes while ensuring welcome and departure calls are placed per company standards. Anticipates guest needs, resolves questions or refers issues to the appropriate staff, and answers all phone calls, voicemails, and emails efficiently. Communicates daily with housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance regarding room and guest status, reviews shift logs for pass-along information, and verifies cash drawer accuracy. Maintains a neat environment and may perform concierge or bellman duties as needed. Works in a front office setting with potential weekend and holiday scheduling.
Required Qualifications
