Job Summary
Guest Services Representative responsible for greeting guests, assisting with check-in/check-out, answering questions, providing local information, and handling special requests to enhance the guest experience. Duties include managing reservations, cancellations, and modifications; coordinating with other departments to meet guest needs; addressing guest complaints professionally; maintaining an organized front desk; and performing related administrative tasks. Requires strong communication skills, a friendly approach, and the ability to stay calm under pressure with availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software are a plus.
