Job Summary
Guest Services Representative I at Homewood Suites Raleigh-Cary I-40 in Cary, NC. Greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, answer questions, provide local information, handle special requests, manage reservations/cancellations/modifications, and coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Address guest complaints professionally and maintain an organized front desk while assisting with administrative duties. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality/customer-service experience preferred; strong communication skills, a friendly, welcoming demeanor, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
