Guest Services Representative at Hendrick Lexus Kansas City responsible for opening/closing guest services procedures, answering incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner, directing calls to the appropriate person or department, taking accurate messages, guiding guests to the correct locations, managing logs (desk log, phone up log, loaner log, dealer plate log, gas card log), producing daily performance reports, maintaining a warm and positive environment for guests and teammates, ensuring CSI levels meet standards, maintaining an organized and safe workspace, training new customer management procedures when requested, and upholding the company’s core values while complying with safety and attendance requirements. The role involves heavy phone work, showroom/ outdoor sales lot duties, and collaboration with dealership staff to support customer experiences.
