Job Summary
Guest Services Representative responsible for front-desk duties including registering and assigning hotel rooms, issuing keys, handling reservations, processing payments, and guiding guests through services across hotel/casino operations. Responsibilities include greeting guests, balancing cash, handling inquiries, using CMP system for Marketing offers, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance. Must be capable of selling merchandise, setting up displays, and maintaining accurate guest records and accounts; strong mathematical and communication abilities required.
