Job Summary
Greet patrons, verify tickets, and direct guests to their seats while maintaining clear walkways and aisles. Deny entrance to individuals without proper credentials and report any safety incidents or concerns to a supervisor. Ensure assigned areas are clean and presentable before doors open, then listen to all guest issues and requests for assistance. Prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, working flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with limited supervision.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- Dependably work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- Prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Maintain an effective working relationship with clients, employees, exhibitors, patrons and others encountered in the course of employment
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Professional presentation, appearance and work ethic
- Work with limited supervision and as a team member in a fast-paced environment
- Stand for extended periods and navigate arena as needed to assist guests and colleagues
Desired Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience
- Prior experience in a stadium or arena in a guest service or security role
