Job Summary
Check guests in and out, process payments, and update reservation information while maintaining the front desk area. Respond to guest requests with urgency and empathy, close and balance room accounts, and run various reports. Collaborate with other departments to communicate room availability and status updates. Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized environment. Work in a fast-paced setting with competitive salary and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, and 401k.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
- Must be able to navigate various departments of the organization's physical premises
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to cultivate a productive team that embodies PEACH
