Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly demeanor, verify tickets, discounts, and admission eligibility; orient groups on buses and assist with intake/departure; sell tickets at theaters, usher guests, organize seating, and ensure guest safety; manage lunch space, set up and display signage, and handle accurate transactions. Requires a High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) and at least one year of guest-facing experience with cash handling; must have basic knowledge of ticketing systems, G Suite, and Microsoft Office; familiarity with the Museum Campus and local attractions, and the ability to provide exceptional on-site service in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent years of relevant work experience required
- One year of experience in a guest-facing role with cash handling responsibilities
- Basic knowledge of service and ticketing systems
- Basic knowledge of G Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic knowledge of the Museum Campus and local attractions
