Job Summary
Welcome Spooky Nook Sports guests and provide an inviting, fun, and healthy experience for faculty and visitors. Respond to inquiries from guests in the facility and over the phone, acting as the central resource for the community. Promote sports programming and provide related information to existing and potential customers. Process payments for internal programming registrations, memberships dues, and daily fees while following all cash handling policies. Remain calm during member or participant interactions involving urgent or stressful matters. Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Dependable transportation to and from work
- Fluent knowledge of the English language; including the ability to read and interpret written information and speak and understand verbal communication
- Ability to fulfill the physical requirements of the position with any reasonable accommodations as necessary
- Availability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as needed
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
