Job Summary
Role focuses on facilitating recreational activities (trap, archery, boating, fishing, and snowmobiling), delivering face-to-face guest service, maintaining recreation equipment and grounds, coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience, and assisting with seasonal grounds maintenance. Requires 2+ years in customer service, hospitality, recreation, or related fields; experience operating watercraft, snowmobiles, and small equipment; strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work outdoors in all seasons; and a valid Class D driver’s license. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer service, hospitality, recreation, or retail; resort or club experience a plus
- Experience operating watercraft, snowmobiles and small equipment
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to work outside during all seasons
- Possess a Valid Class D driver’s license with good driving record
- Basic knowledge of computer operations for simple data entry or information retrieval
