Job Summary
Greet guests as the first impression of the Blo brand, maintaining a professional, clean, and respectful salon environment. Manage appointment calendars to optimize schedules and maximize bookings while discussing hair packages, memberships, and beauty products. Collaborate with stylists and technicians to support daily operations, ensuring guests feel special and valued. Work weekends and peak hours (Thursday through Saturday) with flexible scheduling. This role offers ongoing training, skill advancement, and potential promotion to senior hairstylist or management positions within an industry leader with over 100 North American locations.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to work weekends (Fridays and Saturday) and be flexible with your schedule (must be able to work peak hours as determined by the bar, typically Thursday through Saturday)
- Strong technical skills and experience using a Mac computer
