Guest Services - Receiving

Assist customers in a retail garden and home décor environment by greeting customers, determining needs, educating on selections, and helping them choose the right products. Support merchandising and operational procedures, maintain stock levels and presentation, rotate products, and ensure signage is current. Cross-train across departments, efficiently operate the POS, and handle checkout tasks. Contribute to floral decorations and home décor displays, maintain cleanliness of fixtures and backrooms, and participate in product knowledge meetings and one-on-one interactions. Strong written and verbal communication and exceptional customer service skills are essential; ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
