Job Summary
Guest Services Associate providing exceptional customer experience in a retail setting. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, educating on product options, merchandising and stock management, operating POS, ensuring signage and displays are current, cross-training across departments, and contributing to store cleanliness and product knowledge. Requires enthusiasm for horticulture and seasonal décor, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work in varied environmental conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for horticulture, yard/home décor, and seasonal merchandise
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor conditions, rain or shine
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or in a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
