Job Summary
Associate- Guest Services - Receiving positioned in Waukesha, WI, delivering courteous customer service, assisting customers in selecting products, operating the POS, stocking and rotating merchandise, supporting merchandising and operational procedures, maintaining signage and displays, and cross-training across departments. Responsibilities include greeting customers, educating them to select right items, ensuring merchandise presentation quality, managing floral/home décor displays, and participating in learning and development activities to align with the store’s mission and values.
