Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer experience in a retail environment by greeting customers, assessing needs, and helping them select appropriate merchandise. Assist with merchandising, stock rotation, and maintaining product presentation. Operate the POS system accurately, process payments, and issue receipts. Support cross-training across departments, contribute to floral and home décor displays, and participate in training and development activities. Maintain cleanliness of fixtures, shelves, backrooms, and floors, while demonstrating enthusiasm, teamwork, and integrity aligned with the store’s mission and values.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a passion for horticulture, yard/home décor, and seasonal merchandise
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills along with exceptional customer service skills
