Job Summary
Greet customers and provide exceptional service at a retail location in Oshkosh, WI. Build professional relationships with customers and co-workers, determine customer needs, educate on selections, assist with merchandising and operational procedures, manage stock and displays, operate the POS accurately, assist with floral decorations and home décor displays, and participate in learning and development activities. Requires enthusiasm for horticulture and seasonal merchandise, strong communication, teamwork, adaptability to indoor/outdoor conditions, and ability to multitask across departments.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates must have a passion for horticulture, yard/home décor, and seasonal merchandise.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environmental conditions, rain or shine.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or within a team environment.
